Unconditional discharge or not, that does not make Trump innocent. And the appeals process could drag on past 2028 before SCOTUS gets a chance to vacate the charges so for now he IS a convicted felon with ZERO penalties because he in fact IS above the law.
So now MOOT THE HOOT and his buddies don't have the 'what are his convictions, since the judge has not weighed in' but now that part is settled and it will be seen NO DOUBT the goalposts are moved once again.
