Let's be honest here... it has been nothing but law suit after law suit for YEARS now, and they can't nail Trump.

Someone in the WH had to have MADE copies, HIGHLY illegal in the first place and then GAVE them to Trump who CLEARLY planned to cash in on them.
The zombie rationals they have come up with, like "PLANTED EVIDENCE" when even Trump's lawyer first saying she wasn't allowed inside then saying a LOT of people including her were allowed inside AND there was body cams on the agents too.
So why are you defending the defenseless? There are CLEAR laws governing such activity. I call it by its rightful name: TREASON and treason of the highest order, a former POTUS taking HIGHER than Top Secret docs with him, COPIES no less to an unsecured location in Mar A Lago.
What the HELL do you need to pass the red line directly into TREASON?
I made a list of some of Trump's behavior from less serious to the last, actual Treason.

I was PISSED but hoped he would get jail time for his OBVIOUS grifts like the 25 MILLION dollar 'settlement' for his TWO previously PROVEN IN COURT scams, Trump Uni and Trump Charity, both just money making vehicles for Trump.

Or Jan 6, or saying covid would be over by memorial day

or his obvious us of tax dodges like devaluing properties when it comes to taxes but UP valuing them when it came to getting loans.

Pressuring Zelinski, find dirt on Biden or you can forget getting that quarter bil in military aid.

And today ALSO besides the SPYGATE crap, his lawsuit has gone directly to criminal charges of the Trump organization AND the COO Wigglestein almost at the same time the spygate stuff starts to surface.

Did you actually read the part where TRUMP or ANY POTUS cannot singlehandedly declassify ANY document above TOP SECRET, which one level above that is SCI, he asks for it, a messenger comes with that doc locked in a case, he and POTUS goes to a SCIF, SECURE room, messenger opens the lock, takes out the doc, POTUS reads it, messenger puts the doc back in the locked briefcase, then right back to the vault.

AT NO TIME can a POTUS or anyone else walk off with SCI level docs.

I HAD a TS clearance and that was explained to me personally by a full bird col back when I was in the USAF.

But you just take our corruptor in chief would be dictator TRUMP'S word for the 'fact' he declassified those docs and therefore no big deal, no matter WHAT the SCI document has in it, how to make a nuke, no big deal in your world.

You are a traitor yourself if you think you could get away with that.
In order to actually declassify SCI level documents, it takes CONGRESS AND POTUS working together to get that document declassified, POTUS can NEVER do that on his own.

But OF COURSE you will continue to contend TRUMP DECLASSIFIED ALL OF IT SO HE IS IN THE CLEAR.

Which if that would be your response just shows you to have your nose firmly up Trump's ugly fat ass and therefore unable to think for yourself and to use common sense about such sensitive national security concerns.

So if you think it was ok for Trump to claim he declassified SCI level documents you are in on the conspiracy yourself and I would be HAPPY to report you to the FBI myself.

I did FOUR YEARS in the USAF and fully believed in the idea I would be loyal to the constitution and the country.

But you it seems HATE the constitution and ONLY want a dictator to forever ruin the country just like Trump already did, which is obvious by the number of would be trumps floating around like De Santis or Jim Jordan or Hawley, TRAITORS ALL and not in the slightest interested in whether we maintain the US as a democracy but ONLY interested in one thing and one thing ONLY, KEEPING POWER even if it means destroying democracy here in the US and converting the US to a banana republic and the basTURDS almost succeeded and you fukking AGREE with those TRAITORS.

And BTW, Trump refused to turn over the TS/SCI docs for MONTHS after negotiations between his lawyers and DOJ and FBI, month after month goes by and only the original 15 boxes got returned, presumably because they were cafeteria recipes or some such innocuous stuff. He kept another DOZEN boxes that a whistleblower managed to get that information to FBI and THAT is when they realized Trump was NEVER going to turn over those documents voluntarily and THAT is what led to the warrant and not a subpoena and the entrance of agents to find those BOXES of EXTREMELY sensitive documents.

But to zombies like you, poster boy of ultrarightwingnut type, WITCH HUNT bla bla bla.

You are right about top secret but there are classes above that and those classes of secret requires coordination with congress, he can't declassify those levels by himself.
That is the rule, I actually HELD a top secret clearance and a full bird told me about that bit, so take it up with the military if you think he lied to me.
