You seem to think that a president that created a name Operation Warp Speed that sounds like something that came out of a contest in a grade school gets all the credit for the research and development that would have happened no matter who was in the White House.

Now if we were to grade a leader of any country, one would start by looking at the rollout plan once the vaccine was developed and production was underway.

Shall we talk about Trump's vaccine rollout plan ?
Because there was none !! Because Trump was busy in other endeavors.
Trying to overturn an election in the courts.
Trying to "dog whistle" an insurrection on Jan 6th, 2020.
By the time the Biden administration took over on Jan 20, nothing had been done.
And was starting from scratch.
And he did a good job, despite the resistance from several GOP states (Florida and Texas in particular) who put their political objectives ahead of the fight against the pandemic.

Pfizer had to Pay $2.3 Billion for Fraudulent Marketing. They are convicted criminals. Trump allowed convicted criminals to have immunity from liability for their gene vaccine. What could go wrong?

The idea that there wouldn't have been a market for a COVID19 vaccine except for Operation Warp Speed is moronic. This was a world wide pandemic and scientists in many countries were working on a vaccine.
