Right. Forcing them to work is just plain cruel. The best you can do for them is throw them in jail where they can be gang raped repeatedly. That's an example of Progressive compassion. There are many more examples of Progressive compassion, such as the Planned Parenthood dumpsters to name a few.

The least they could do would be to film the rapes and sell it as gay porn to help feed the homeless.

Sorry Shav , no joke . It is real . Talk is about rounding homeless into Federal facilities . Wasn't something similar to this tried about 80 years ago ? That did not go well and I am sure this will not also .

Facilities could not handle the numbers that would be arrested . Judges , even now , are forced to release people due to lack of facilities . We must raise taxes .

Easy. Kazet w tell u im not a lawyer, but basically SCOTUS applied the 8th amendment in more than one case to define excessive, I just can’t write it all out. I guess a judge knows it when he sees it😋!
