He also makes his belief clear: he is born to rule as long as he wants, to ignore democracy and all the protections that your Founding Fathers built into your Constitution. He wants absolute power and will do whatever he wants without restraint. He believes in a totalitarian state with himself as the absolute head of it, and only those who toady to him will have any privileges or benefits.
Look at Putin and Xi Jinping. Both got themselves into power for limited terms, then removed term limits from their constitutions and destroyed their critics so that they became leaders-for-life and gained absolute power. Trump sees this as his entitlement. He believes that absolute power is his by right.
We watched him lie his way into power once, but we all knew the American people would not ever allow him to keep it once they saw what kind of person they'd chosen. Sadly, the GOP has been so weakened that anyone who has the courage to try to rein him in has been driven out and now there are only trump-puppets left.
America lost its place on the world stage when it put Trump on display. Unless he is prevented from getting what he wants America will never recover the world's respect.
