It was suggested in another thread that Trump isn't planning new spending programs. I contest that notion.
Here is an analysis of Trump's new spending programs, which will add another $7.75 trillion to the debt. Among the new spending programs outlined in his vision, he will enact new small business loans, enact new housing reforms, boost support for health care, and the very costly deportation plans.
On the flip side, the relative cost savings of his plans to end the DOE among other things is pennies compared to the spending increases.
