I gather now that he is deeply implicated in at least THREE versions of the attempted COUP, it wasn't JUST the break in on Jan 6, it was also a concerted effort by Trump PERSONALLY to pressure the Georgia Sec of state to "find" 11 thousand votes for Trump.
AND the fake electors, ALL of this is on the hands of Trump.
It was only Pence who saved the day.
I guess you know full well just how close we came to actually losing or democracy on the 6th and Pence tried six ways from Sunday to comply with Trumps orders but another VP, EX VP Chaney was the one talked him out of it.

a) by spreading false rumours that the election process itself is unreliable.
b) by spreading false rumours that mail-in ballots are insecure and easily forged or falsified.
c) by pressuring news media to declare him the winner on the evening of Nov 3d before all the ballots had been tallied.
d) by pressuring polling stations to stop counting ballots before all of them had been tallied.
e) by pressuring state electoral commissions to declare a winner on Nov 3 (for which there is no legal precedent or sanction).
f) by spreading false rumours that electronic polling machines had been tampered with.
g) by pressuring a state election official in PA to "find votes" -- the phone call was recorded, there is no denying this.
h) by filing numerous spurious laws suits alleging widespread vote fraud, all of which were thrown out for lack of evidence, in an attempt to get courts to overturn a legitimate election result.
i) by appealing to the Supreme Court to overturn the result (which it flatly refused even to consider).
j) by instigating numerous spurious and unnecessary vote recounts and audits, in an attempt to overturn a legitimate election result -- every single one of which confirmed not only that Biden won, but that the voting process was accurate and secure.
k) by instigating a riot on 6th January to storm the Capitol and interfere in the certification of the legitimate result.
l) by pressuring VP Pence to refuse to certify the legitimate result.
m) by phoning with several Rep. Senators, inside the Capitol while it was being besieged, urging them to refuse to certify the legitimate result.
n) by delegating to Rudy Giuliani the task of drumming up false Electors in seven states who submitted false Electoral College tallies to try to tip the election in his favor.
These are the main points, and taken together constitute a clear plan to usurp the Oval Office in defiance of a legitimate election result against him. It's as plain as if he had people stuffing ballot boxes for him. He did not do it alone; he had facilitators in high places.
