It wasn’t the plain facts that got liberals to admit that, sometimes, “objective” news reports can be biased. It was the appearance of Fox News Channel. -Ann Coulter

Fox News is clearly awful and reactionary - actually those shows where they deliberately front a tough Republican up with a weak liberal would be perfectly acceptable if they just dropped the "Fair and Balanced" act along and merged their news arm back into Entertainment - but its Entertainment arm is surprisingly left-wing. 24 is a classic example: ...[text shortened]... terrorists as its villains, and nearly all of the others have followed anti-corporate themes.
The Simpsons is another good example.

b.) CNN, MSNBC, ABC, at el. are doing a lot wrong.
3.) Or the public in general is too stupid to know what biased reporting is and would rather see entertainment than accurately reported news.

Answer: a & b
Actually FOX is watched more than ABC, NBC, ect because more conservative people get their news from television than from newpapers.

No papers or reporters are without bias, but those papers you named do better than most, certainly far better than FOX.

I guess thats why their subscriptions have went down the toilet. You can only BS the people till they wise up. I myself watch FOX,BBC, Univision, Galavision, CBC and others to get a different perspective.

What about the Newshour with Jim Lehrer. That is rather objective, and does a much more in depth analysis of news than FOX or other networks.

Personally I think their subscriptions 'have went' down the toilet because the American public is becoming more and more illiterate.
