Our suffering will increase dramatically when SCOTUS finally relents, and they will. I guarantee they will.

SCOTUS can decide whether a policy is unconstitutional or not, so, yes, they can and should step in.
A president that is not protecting our borders should be removed from office.

No, you are correct they should not. I love the latest comment by Neil Gorsuch. The only reason I say they will relent is because the liberals have pretty much changed the course of the world and will win in the end. I cannot imagine title 42 staying in place.

Gorsuch: “ the current border crisis is not a Covid crisis. Courts should not be in the business of perpetuating administrative.edicts designed for one emergency only because elected officials have failed to addressed a different emergency”.
You’ll have to love this guy. Siding with the creepy libs who want to change the constitution!

Yes, but you say they ‘can’ decide whether a policy is constitutional or not. Young feller , that is ALL they do.

How ever does the US cope?
I hope all the far right wing crazies who tend to reject vaccinations will succumb to the Darwin Effect.

Oh come on, I said they can, because it's what they do.
Correcting me by saying it's ALL they do was a little nit-picky.
Are you turning into a shavmix on me?

Well, with all due respect, one must nevertheless shine a light on the most minimal of distortions or misrepresentation that might lead our lesser debaters along the wrong trail. We can’t have them thinking that Scotus does anything more than apply the constitution to an issue ‘at the Bar’!

Well, if we are required to put the blame, somewhere on all the death, I would think it would be on the Democratic administration. Fauci, maybe.? .Have you seen the news ? don’t get mad at us!

Wrong take. He's just saying it isn't the courts job to make up our laws. That used to be a well accepted sentiment, especially among conservatives. Your legislators have let you down for decades.
