What in the F?

A prison guard sold keys to male inmates and they went to the women's unit and assaulted over 20 women.
The guards did not intervene and later they punished the female unit.

I've always believed Men and Women should be at seperate facilities and women should not be allowed to work in men's facilities for safety reasons.
