Negotiations are continuing at the UN in New York on the wording of a resolution urging an end to fighting in Lebanon and Israel. France has circulated a draft proposal ........

Does anybody have a link to the text of this draft proposal. I can't find it.

Well, reports are claiming the US and France agreed on a draft resolution. I'd better start searching again then.
