So let's say I live in Ackerman, Mississippi, and some of our citizens are causing problems, much like those the aliens are causing in NYC. We have a meeting of the town council, hire some busses and tell them that, if they sign an agreement (so there are no 'technicals' about kidnapping), and give them each $50, we will send them to NYC , or maybe Toledo.
Does ANY state or the Federal government have anything to do with this matter? Has a law been broken? Can the receiving city sue Ackerman, MS? Should one entity give money to another entity.....why?
My questions are too simple, I think all of you look down on me.............For upsetting the Forum with simple questions.
Any takers? Who gets money from whom?
