Musk on the other hand already has a TS clearance and I wonder how that could have possibly come about because he is a known druggie, like cocaine and more, and if I myself had been revealed to have been a druggie that would have immediately concluded any chance fore me getting my TS clearance but not Musk.
One requirement for US citizens is to report any meetings with foreign leaders and disclose what was discussed. Musk refuses to reveal any of that.
As a result our military refuses to allow Musk the ultra TS clearance that would allow Musk to be in the offices of discussions of our spy sats and such that Musk actually launches with his own rockets.
He in fact is the ONLY CEO of top tech giants like Lockheed or Boeing and the like, THOSE CEO's already have the ultra TS clearance.
But not Musk, the ONLY CEO without such clearance.
So now for instance there is a requirement that accidents caused by self driving vehicles have to be reported to the government.
Musk wants to kill that requirement, and BTW, there are so far 45 fatal self drive accidents in the US and FORTY of those are Tesla's.
So it is no surprise, Musk having Trump in his back pocket is demanding that requirement to go away.
So far no way Jose.
Another note: Teslas are for the most part manufactured in CHINA and Musk is working out details to make even more tesla car and tesla battery factories to be built in China so Musk is soft on anything to do with China up front and in the open now.
So now that Teslas are made in China, you can be certain, as oligarchies go, if Trump does in fact do the 50% tariff he wants on foreign goods, you can bet your ass teslas will not be in that category and the quarter billion that had Trump bought and paid for by Musk has already pushed the net worth of Musk to a half TRILLION dollar level and you can be sure he wants to be the first human in history to be the first TRILLIONAIRE and Trump is well on the way helping Musk to get there.
My prediction: On day one or day two after Jan 20, musk will get everything he wants, full ultra TS clearance, no requirement to report fatalities from self driving vehicles and able for Musk to get his fingers into every aspect of our government fully establishing Musk as co president.
The utter incompetence already shown by Trump in his disasters of his top level picks down the drain like Trump spending a boat load of political capital personally walking Matt Gaetz as AG and then having Gaetz, who quit his office to work on that AG deal, he backed down and is no longer a contender for AG and now the house has released the full investigation into the sex abuse and more of Gaetz when such dudes as the ultra religious Mikey Johnson, the squeaker of the house, fully in on the AG pick, and like Graham Cracker and Tubberman and others fully onboard with Trump's AG pick now have spent a lot of political capital and are now in low esteem by the political establishment of the Republican party, all because Trump is so incompetent he didn't do even a quick search of the background of his picks like Tulsi Gabbard as Intel chief when she is a known repeater of word for word Putin propaganda or Hegseth, a drunken dude who could not even run a republican organization running TWO of them he was in charge of into the ground by using those company monies on drug laced sex parties and such.
These picks for high office now rejected like the son in law of a felon pardoned by trump picked to be head of DEA, and that dude didn't even get a phone call, just saw a tweet about it, refused the offer and three days later Trump announced HE was the one pulling the offer which shows just how weak an incoherent Trump really is.
