ok time for another dbate to get the old brain cells working...

Should people of different religions and cultures be able to use their beliefs not to follow the laws of their adoptive countries?

A minor example of this is that in England you have to wear a crash helmet on a motorbike, but people who wear turbans for religious purposes don't have to.

What do you think?

Look, being religious is not a license to be stupid. I think a turban probably does a better job soaking up the blood after your head has been squashed. So be it.

Why not meet the "Sand Boogers" half way and just make a helmet to look like a turban.
