Turns out the stop was in the not very "libtard" State of Tennessee. https://www.newschannel5.com/news/newschannel-5-investigates/tennessee-traffic-stop-video-released-of-man-mistakenly-deported-to-el-salvador
"Released him after being told by Federal officials to let him go and not make a report about human trafficking".......
Don't you see....that makes it even worse.

Making up quotes is dishonest.

They consulted with the Feds who told them his immigration status was legal and he couldn't be arrested for that but they made the decision on what to put in their reports after they determined there was no probable cause for an arrest on any charges:

"In the video, we see troopers debating what to do, knowing they would also have to account for the eight to 10 other passengers."

"but after a drug-sniffing dog found nothing suspicious, troopers wrote down the names of passengers and sent Abrego Garcia off with a warning."

And BTW:

"But the man we saw in the video did not have tattoos on his hands"

Yeah I paraphrased the quote, so sue me.
"Federal officials told troopers that there was no need to arrest Abrego Garcia"
Also the doosh has social media posts clearly showing his tattoos.

That's right; there was "no need" to arrest him for any immigration violations which is what the troopers were asking the Feds about, but it was up to the Tennessee State troopers to decide whether to charge him with something else - they were not told to "let him go" by Federal officials as you claimed.

A link showing him with MS-13 on his hands as Trump claimed would be helpful though it still wouldn't make his removal to El Salvador any less illegal.

Trump admitted last week he could get Garcia back to the US but refuses to:

"“You could get him back,” Moran said to the president. “There’s a phone on this desk.”

“I could,” Trump replied.

Moran continued: “You could pick it up, and with all the power of the presidency, you could call up the president of El Salvador and say, ‘Send him back,’ right now.”

“And if he were the gentleman that you say he is, I would do that,” Trump told the senior correspondent. “But he’s not.”"

Abrego Garcia is a test case. If they can get away with deporting him with zero accountability, then anyone can be disappeared.

Is this what y'all imagine "small government" looks like?

It's incorrect to say Garcia was "deported"; deportation is a legal process which requires an order from an immigration judge except in cases where summary proceedings are allowed under statute ( which were and are inapplicable to this case).

"Illegally removed" or "kidnapped" would each be more accurate.

We need to deport these illegal police to El Salvador immediately!
