Walz lied about JD Vance

Laughing and smirking, he made reference to Vance having sex with a couch when he was insulting him in his Detroit rally speech, then said "did you see what I did there"?
The claim was that in Vance's book, Hillbilly Elegy, he said he would lay on the couch and relieve himself sexually by rubbing against it, and the page was even cited. Kathy Gifford repeated it, and it became an instant meme, even though the claim was instantly proven to be a lie. No such thing was ever said in his book.
What kind of a man slanders someone like that, knowing the story isn't true? Walz is just like Biden and Harris, lying is all they know.
