If welfare leads to laziness, as many people believe, is private charity any better in this respect? Why?

Should we not give to charity for fear of encouraging laziness?

To receive private charity is a priviledge, when it's fromn the state it's seen as a 'right'.

Which it is not, as any right that comes from the violation of anothers rights can never be considered a right itself. Right?

Do you believe that there is a surplus of jobs at the moment? and, do you believe that people who go to private schools should not have to pay for public schools?
