I think that to avoid warring, etc, that Russia and China would just split the USA in half.
Then,, they would cherry pick other countries to build their planet, call it Ruschin instead of Earth. Good post.

None. Trump is going to audit the pentagon so our military spending is more efficient. Not sure how he is going to do that since they always fail audits, but nobody wanted to look into military spending until now.

China and India are the next super powers and they outnumber us with people. Reducing our population makes no sense from a military standpoint if we don't have enough soldiers to even nearly match China's.
