Does he deserve some appreciation for pulling this off, which I am told will be extremely beneficial to this country, and to our farmers?

IF this agreement partially ends them, then it is an improvement over his previously moronic policies. Maybe we can even stop sending welfare to corporate farms as part of the farm bailout made "necessary" by Trump's tariffs:
