Really good employees, (associates), can really produce, and become partners solely on their work product, time worked is not relevant. Note that Justice John Roberts joined the court and went straight to being the BOSS!!
He did not stay home on work days. Fire them. It is not that hard, it is almost like they want you to. Did I tell you that the last administration never let anybody go? Which of the two presidents would you say was more hands-on?
