by insulting and assigning blame?
I read so many posts in which people hold strong opinions but don't explain the basis of the opinion and are filled with contempt and insults for groups of people based on some quality or interest they have in common. In the following responses are found more insults, more blame.
It is as if there are two possiblities, right and wrong. In either case, the individual gets to throw verbal tantrums and be mean. What about listening? Asking respectful questions? Claryifiying confusion? How will anything get worked out if no one will calmly approach the subject and seek a common ground?
Just wondering.....If basic respect can't be found in a forum online.....HOW will we ever, ever work out peace and justice on this earth?
