No.
It was originally meant to confer citizenship on all the slaves born in the country, it became subverted so that foreigners started going on vacation to the US when their baby was due in order to grant it American citzenship.
That ain't right.
So now YOU are the expert on constitution law. WOW. The words are CLEAR.
U be born here, U are citizen. CUT AND DRIED, NO argument will change that.
Even SCOTUS as far right as they are now won't cross that bridge.
That is a TRUMP WET DREAM.
So what about Trump's kids? Where was his wife born? I seem to recall it was not the US. Novo Mesto, Slovenia. But OF COURSE, even if SCOTUS says YEP, Trump is right, there will be a backroom deal where BARRON will continue to be a citizen, THAT you can count on even if the rest of the country gets totally screwed.

These people do not understand common sense One of them thinks that a guy wearing a dress is a girl, and he/she also thinks that Article IX, ....well, it does not apply in America to women, and yet will not close his/her comment as to who it DOES apply to.
This is a true statement, this one, the one I am making now. If asked, however, they would say that I lie.

Would I lie? They will prob write back about Trump's hairdo.
