It is surprising what lawyers do. She should know that a judge can't "go after" someone. She can bring the case and it will be considered (hopefully) based on its merits.

So if she has any proof of wrongdoing it is her duty and task to bring the case.

Do you remember, when you were a child, and your
mother scolded you for a misdeed and you pointed
to a sibling, perhaps a friend that did the same thing and cried,
''WHATABOUT,'' him/her?
....Whether you're aware of it or not, whenever one of TRUMP'S
mistakes are called out, y'all (REPUBLICANS) say, 'What about, Hillary,' or 'What about Obama,' when the thread has nothing
whatever to do with either (or OAC, BIDEN, DEMS, LIB, et al).
Less than average assertions that are completely off subject.
I just pointed out Trump's attorney, doing the same.
