Austin [South by Southwest festival and the relaxed, cosmopolitan fragrance of the city is so appealing], San Antonio [sipping a drink in RiverWalk] and Houston are a must [at least for me]... I meant Brownsville, McAllen, Nuevo Laredo, etc. Small towns for shopping frenzy and nothing more to offer... in my opinion, of course. It depends on the traveler.
🙂
P.S. Cuba 😵

Survivalists might enjoy some of the best defensive training in the world, for free.
For the non-extreme adventurers seeking some innocent relaxation we offer prostitution, and lots of crack.
The artsy types might appreciate the abandoned and broken buildings downtown.
The sportsmen will enjoy pulling a toxin infested fish from one of our many polluted rivers or lakes.
Our freeways offer more ruts and obstacles (orange construction barrels are wonderful) than any offroad trail in the country.
You don't know what you're talking about.

Among many, many other widely used sources. The enchantment of a location depends enteirely on the interests of the traveler. I'll go next month there, by the way... and I suspect I'm not the only one.
4. "Because English is so widely spoken, it has been referred to as a "global language". While English is not an official language in many countries, it is the language most often taught as a second language around the world. It is also, by international treaty, the official language for aircraft/airport communication. Its widespread acceptance as a first or second language is the main indication of its worldwide status." 5. It is said that traveling and reading enlightens... in such case: (a) No, going to the toilette doesn't count as traveling and (b) no, the back of cereal boxes doesn't qualify as reading in such context.
