Months later, and well after the trip, Congress allocated $50 million to Ukraine's energy market. "
Where's the "kickback scheme" the article claims in the first paragraph? Sure the US was going to help Ukraine's energy industry, but where does that show any money flowing to Joe Biden for doing so?
Answer: it doesn't.

Who claimed racial jungle Joe profited? The kick back was to his son. Racial jungle Joe's motivation is to help his son, not himself. Racial jungle Joe is doing fine for himself. He can always have a ghost writer write a book for him after he is out of office.
