you are the guys that say something can exist without ever begining.
You deny miracles are possible. After that, you then deny God can be outside of time. After that, you believe the universe had a beginning.
I don't follow the logic.

hope that makes it clearer.

[b]This senario is not disproved by current observations.
Is this where I ridicule you for supporting your stance with something that can't be disproven?

You say "singularity" as if that explains where the "singularity" came from. There's no way to get around cause and effect here...unless you're God.
Remeber, religion AND science are about truth. It is very likely that a small human brain is not smart enough to understand how the universe began (if it had a beginning). Give me a good reason why the universe cannot be infinite in time and space.
Originally posted by frogstompMaybe if you read the post you would have seen that the universe requires a cause because it had a beginning, but God, unlike the universe, had no beginning, so doesn’t need a cause. It can be proved that the universe has a beginnig. Go ahead and prove to me that God has a beginnig. Evidently he cannot because, by definition he is eternal.

edit : its very simple if god had no begining than he dont exist.

Really? What's the definition of God?
'Eternal' might mean he will never end. It might not have anything to do with whether or not he began or not.
Originally posted by dj2beckerYour God is a man made conceit that you pour qualities into. Your assertions about God are the product of somebody else's imagination without any basis in reality. You cannot possibly know if there is a God or what characteristics it would possess if it did exist. You are guilty of hubris and conceit (and plagarism, of course, but that's minor in comparison).
Or rather its even more simple: If God does not have a beginning then it means he has always existed and he will always continue to exist.
Originally posted by flyUnityWell, if there's a Hell, I have no idea what I have to do to avoid going there, so I might as well not think about it. The Christians (and others) claim they know how I can avoid Hell, but I see no particular reason to believe that they know anything about it.
LOL, when an athiest tells me, "What if there is no heaven?" I say "I had a good life in this earth," Then I ask them "What if there is a Hell?" They usally change the subject, So Im asking you all, "What if?"
Originally posted by flyUnityI'd say that people who would worship a monster who would order the mass murder of people, including infants, like in Numbers 31 have more to worry about if there is a Hell than I do.

Originally posted by frogstompYou're implying man-made theories and principles to a God. I'm not sure I even need to point out the absurdity of this, but I will. That's absurd.
if he dont have a begining he dont got an after his begining so he dont exist.
Your rebuttal (since I tend to make better ones than most of you) might be that I am making claims about said God. However, I back my claims up with a book that archeology and no amount of atheistic dribble has proven to be false on any account, so in effect, I'm crying wolf when in fact it might be a dog and you are crying wolf because you like the attention it gets you.
