In the quest to do (whatever the new ideas in the air?), the new playing field of the USA would have just about everybody equal, with no large amassed amounts of money like Epstein's, who owned 2 islands. No one could own the things that they own now. They would be allowed to be 'comfortable', as one among us put it. Joe may have two 2nd homes and 2 speedboats. That would have to be outlawed, of course, But, seeing the big picture, who would own the islands?

Right now (googled this) Johnny Depp, Mel Gibson, DeCaprio, the list goes on....So, if the liberal among us want to put a stop to all this wealth (and I guess the guns that their bodyguards tote around), who will end up with all the islands? the government??
This is not meant to be a a cute or funny post, I think it should be threshed out. Entertaining, at least.

@AThousandYoung
And if I were a billionaire you bet your boopie I would have some kind of island somewhere.
Don't confuse riches with liberalism.
