It seems that country A can have plans ready for invading country B at a time when countries A and B are not at war.
The people formulating these plans would know that implementation of the plans would almost certainly lead to the deaths of innocent civilians.
Is that conspiracy to murder?

Furthermore, I hereby declare that I shall refuse to participate in these forums so long as your absurdity is permitted to persist.
Additionally, and especially, I humbly and politely request that you refrain from and manner of discourse with me, in any form. Naturally, the public forums would be an absurd request, hence my decision to abstain from them myself to avoid any possibility of interaction with you.
I would like to add that since your return from your last ban (and personally insulting PM to me), I have made every earnest effort I can to address you in both a civil manner, as well as to treat your comments with respect and intelligence. I have extended every courtesy I am capable of. None the less, you continue to insist upon this blatently abrasive conduct towards me. I can handle inflammatory remarks, and I can deal with unintelligent drivel, but you sir take the cake. Your combination of incessant repititious posting of the same topic, refusual to engage in civil and intelligent dialogue, as well as your insistence upon mocking and childish behaviour, have truly soured these forums in my eyes. As much as I love these forums, I do not find myself capable of enjoying any discussions here so long as your absurd behaviour persists, and I applaud and admire the fortitude of those who have been able to ignore or cope with your asinine drivel.
