Google says only 20% of the hostages taken were female, and that prior exchanges have included the release of living female Israeli hostages. So your thread title isn't accurate.

A lot of them died, male and female, but I don't know the exact numbers.

Ok ... thanks. I did Google it [how many of the 250 hostages on Oct 7th were women] and got nothing.

Ok, so the question is were the women abused in captivity. Google does not seem to want to respond to these questions.

Read through the link I posted. Some of the women report having been abused, physically, sexually, and psychologically, and many of the men report having been beaten and starved.
