I think the description better fits the anti-GW crowd, but really it could be any issue where a person refuses to think. Debating matters of scientific knowledge from a position of political partisanship is generally a clear sign of stupidity.

After all, why do all the heavy lifting yourself, when your favorite party cheerleader can tell you what to think, and better yet what to say to those who disagree?
