While I'm no fan, I can live with checkpoints between Palestinian and Israeli areas, as seems to be the case here. I often hear about checkpoints within Palestinian areas though, which serve little to no purpose in directly protecting Israelis.
Furthermore, I obviously condemn terror attacks against civilian targets such as this.

Obviously security checkpoints on an international border are necessary. Security checkpoints run by your military in illegally occupied territory are not.

But you see they are not willing or able so you get terrorists roaming freely wandering up to the border and taking shots over the fence.
