- Nakba was the fault of the Palestinian Arabs who refused the UN Partition plan, then joined up with surrounding Arab states and initiated the attack on the newly established Jewish State in May 1948.
- The Arabs lost the war which they started and they fled.
- By Jewish Law, there is no right of return for Arabs who have left Israel after the 1948 war. There are a couple good reasons for this, the chief which is that you are giving potential terrorists the right to enter your country as citizens. Also land left for decades, especially land on which the person was squatting cannot justifiably be claimed, after it was abandoned.
- The Palestinian Authority encouraged suicide bombers especially from the 50s to the 80s, by promising them that their families will be well taken care of after they die. To combat this the IDF destroyed the home of the suicide bomber, and in some cases people died as a result.
I am certainly not claiming that the Jews treated the Palestinian Arabs fairly, and there are many valid cases where Arabs were chased off their land and deprived of returning. But is a war, and the Palestinian Arabs are noted for their acts of terrorism and targeting of civilians, schools, pizza parlous, malls, weddings, synagogues etc etc. There is no fairplay when terrorism and war is involved.
