How much notice was given to the people in Southern Israel, to the attendees of the music festival?
That's not how it works. God, how stupid can you be? Keep your "collective race guilt" dreck to yourself. Most Palestinians in Gaza are just ordinary people trying to live a life. Being as wantonly murderous as the enemy only justifies the enemy's stance.

Point not addressed: Israel issues warning about targets, Hamas does not. You do know that Hamas is instructing people not to leave, it's better PR if they get blown up. In a case where minutes count.

Instead we get something about 'race'?

War crimes committed by one party do not, morally, ethically, or legally, justify the subsequent committing of war crimes by the other party.

Patently false, BTW, as anyone who can fog a mirror should be able to discern if they've been conscious in the past few days.

Israel's apologists are clearly laboring under the delusion that Palestinians in general deserve what they get because they allow Hamas members to live amongst them. A collective guilt, if you will.

If Israeli and US intelligence agencies didn't get a whiff of what Hamas was up to, then how was the average Palestinian taxi driver or construction worker supposed to know?

No innocent people, Palestinian nor Israeli, deserve what is happening right now.

Hint;

terrorist do what terrorist do, hamas, hezbola, isis… I know what they do, you know what they …do you think the “palestinians” that voted them into office didnt know what they do?

There has been no targeting of civilians. There is targeting of Hamas operation centers, weapons caches and launching sites, that happen to be hidden (intentionally) in civilian neighborhoods.
Get lost together with your lies and demagoguery.
And you ignored the message you replied to.
You are distorting the notion of war crimes.
First, read these conventions before starting to claim here such things.

I note you tend to despise common phrases that you deem sound too "edu-ma-cated." Like "the topic at hand" some months ago.

Such complaints are pathetic and reflect poorly on you. That you don't recognize this is just another symptom of your general intellectual (not to mention moral) bankruptcy.

I provided an escape route for soothfast i.e. her unoriginal cliche' parrot style, she fell for the bait, anything to get off the subject she was getting ass kicked on.

It is accepted already that HAMAS is a terrorist organization. No need to repeat it.
Now, we are talking about Israel's war crimes, etc.
The fact that your enemy committed a war crime does NOT justify your war crimes.
Read the definition of "war crime" before talking your nonsense here.

Back in toddler mode, I see. Completely jumped the track.

And why? Because you have nothing else to offer.

Maybe you should have stayed in school.

Hamas does the indiscriminate rocket attacks, they do not target military facilities etc. Israel's attacks are precise, you can argue the intel behind the attack if you had the faintest idea about what information they have but to say it's indiscriminate when the case is 180 degrees the opposite makes you sound like the 6 year old.

The justification is that Hamas must be stopped and all previous methods have not worked.

That is the justification Mr 6 year old.
"The justification is that Hamas must be stopped and all previous methods have not worked."

- It is a standard and classical justification of terrorism. As well you could argue:

"The justification is that Israel must be stopped and all previous methods have not worked."

Wajoma never addresses this. Wajoma wants to gibber about English idioms that don't fit well in the burnt-out lumberyard of nonsense and twaddle that may once have been his brain. Okay.
