Other than spark enormous protests and a few funny stories of overwhelmed cops trying to deal with Ritalin induced hysteria emanating from spoiled teenagers from Berkeley, has the G-7/G-8/G-20 ever actually done anything?

Oh, and who decided that Turkey and South Africa get to be part of the G-20 and not, say, Sweden or Switzerland?

The Netherlands is the 16th economy in the world, but not part of the G20!

I suppose they included South Africa because it's the biggest African economy.

That's not saying much is it?
Clearly a decision instigated by the 'politically correct', softheaded brigade.

First question: remember the battle in Seattle (not g-N but related) and fortunately there are a lot of movements all around the world that are related to these protests and they do make the live of a lot of people better.
But of course you know nothing about it!

Second question: 10% political correctness, 90% PR.
