Dude, do you really want to continue to support Kamala knowing this?
" “As she said at the time, Sen. Harris was shocked and troubled by the use of this argument. She looked into it and directed the department’s attorneys not to make that argument again.”
You really have to start reading your own links.
@no1marauder saidLOL!

So she was shocked to find out what her office argued?
As long as she distanced herself from her own office. LOL
Was Biden shocked to find out his underlings in the CIA and Zelensky blamed Russia for missiles Ukraine shot into Poland too?

@Metal-Brain saidThere's over a 1,000 attorneys in the California Department of Justice that Kamala Harris oversaw as Attorney General of that State. See the Wikipedia article "Attorney General of California".
LOL!

Expecting her to know every detail of what every attorney in every case is arguing is absurd.
Both the articles YOU linked say when she was made aware of that particular argument being used, she ordered it stopped. Where is your evidence to the contrary?
@no1marauder said1,000 attorneys in her "office"?

I doubt that. Find a source other than wikipedia.
Get your facts straight.

Apparently you are unaware that California is kinda of a big State and has rather large Executive Departments. That level of stupidity is unsurprising given your posts here.

You will not even provide your source. You are probably lying again.
Harris blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so and blamed that on her underlings as well. There is a pattern here.
Does she distance herself from her underlings when things go right as well?
@no1maraude
Harris introduced bipartisan legislation to encourage states to reform their cash bail systems so that lower-income people aren't kept in jail as a result of their inability to pay steep bail costs.
Harris put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana. But now she supports cannabis legalization so it is okay.

@Metal-Brain saidCooper isn't "innocent"; he got his DNA tests and his DNA was all over the crime scene. https://www.cbsnews.com/sanfrancisco/news/independent-review-finds-kevin-cooper-guilt-conclusive-in-1983-slayings/

" The results of this testing established a match between Kevin Cooper's DNA and that found on the evidence from the murder scene. In scientific terms, the match between Cooper's DNA and that from the blood found in the hallway of the Ryen's home is estimated to occur at random in the population with a frequency of approximately 1 in 310 billion for African Americans. Because the current world population is 6.2 billion persons, it is statistically unlikely that another individual will have the same genetic profile as Cooper."

@Metal-Brain saidAgain, your own article refutes that lie; the California Attorney General doesn't prosecute low level marijuana cases - that's up to local district attorneys. And she laughed about her own use, not that people were imprisoned for it as the CBS article you linked to states:

You posted a link thoroughly debunking all of Gabbard's claims about Harris (https://www.cbsnews.com/sanfrancisco/news/analysis-tulsi-gabbard-kamala-harris/), yet persist in "thinking" that they are somehow damaging against her.

@Metal-Brain saidWhat a surprise about Marauder segue.....The word was made for him and his cousin , Sonhouse. Notice how Sonhouse has risen in the ranks, nepotism city. He is a Major, last I heard.
You are being dishonest and you are using digression tactics. Address the prison labor scandal.
@no1marauder saidSo he is still in prison?

@no1marauder saidOnce again, anything her underlings do is never her fault and whenever her underlings do anything right she is eager to take credit. Your dishonesty is obvious to anyone non partisan. Only other partisan creatures like yourself are your cheerleaders.
