Right now it's pay the laborers minimum and pay the suits maximum.
That has to change. Without workers the suit makes nothing. Workers don't need the suits to work.
I could renovate your house and make it into a million dollar home and I don't need a suit boss to do it. The suit boss can't renovate your home. He needs workers.
Therefore the workers are the real value to a company. Not some fat cat talking on the phone about his tee times at the country club.
For the record I think work is for suckers and I have gone over 20 years without working a real tax paying job but I do understand the reasoning why people are fed up with the low pay work situation.
