Biden is selling off the millions of dollars worth of iron ,for 5 cents on the dollar. Is he doing it to make things difficult For Trump??, I imagine finishing that wall is top of his list, if only to be successful with his wall.
So this means, follow me here, that Trump will do whatever he legally can (not like the nefarious Biden) to BUY more of the iron, replace that sold off, which will cost us taxpayers. We will not be pissed Trump does that, as we have got to have the wall.
So this is quite a parting shot. Jesus Christ. It is almost a criminal act, a petty criminal act.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidTrump tried to get funding for the wall from Congress in 2019, but it refused to give him what he wanted so he declared a sham "national emergency" and tried to use funds which were earmarked for military construction projects. A District Court and then the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals slapped him down right before the 2020 election:
