Usually when the government wants the citizens to vote to raise taxes, as a rule, it is to improve the schools or keep the police or fire fighters on the streets etc. Those at the top, who may mismanage the money th ...[text shortened]... t hog or money used to build an endless army of drones to spy on it's own law abiding citizens, etc.
