You need a little technology update. If you have an implant it communicates to the world via RF waves. It is easy to hack into those things, you just need to get within a few feet of the things with a reader and you then have the info encoded on the chip and if there is a bank account number or SS #.......

It is of course fairly easy to include security mechanism to stop that.
