What could possibly be the excuse for this?

If I were President, I'd declare war!*

He's introducing the america delegation. His handshake is hardly being snubbed.

No. That is certainly about 3 or 4 snubs in a row. Obamas face tells it all.He felt snubbed for sure.

I'm sure curious, are you ever right about anything?

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/snubbed.asp

Origins: The displayed video footage taken from President Barack Obama's July 2009 trip to Russia has been circulated in an edited, out of context version accompanied by the claim that it shows the U.S. President being "snubbed" as he attempts to shake hands with "Russian officials." Actually, the video shows no such incident.

Prior to the meeting of the two sides glimpsed at the very end of the clip, President Obama and Russian president Dmitri Medvedev each introduced their country's representatives to the other: President Obama met and shook hands with the Russian delegation, and then President Medvedev met and shook hands with the U.S. delegation — but only a brief portion of the latter is included in the clip displayed above, a portion in which President Obama is shown making directional hand gestures as he introduces President Medvedev to American officials (the last of whom appears to be Commerce Secretary Gary Locke). President Obama is neither offering to shake hands nor being rebuffed in the attempt.

A non-edited video of this event clearly shows President Obama shaking hands with all the members of the Russian delegation:

I'm assuming you're hoping nobody will notice your lack of an actual reply?

Are you denying that the footage in question actually shows Obama introducing Dmitri Medvedev to American officials?

    D'oh!

I can't believe I didn't snopes that one. I would have definitely snoped it if I'd gotten it by email but I just found it on youtube and figured it was genuine.

    Sorry. 😳

Notice the contrast between sh76's response and Uther's response.

Can you guess which one is the mature adult?
