I would like for Sonhouse to give us his studied observation on this, it being a blatant violation of the Constitution , First Amemdment. Shouse does not truck with violators of the Constitution. The WH is, in effect, in alliance with a corporation.
Why is so much sleaze happening in these 3 years? Anti-free speech, for god sakes. K is learning from Biden that she can ignore law, ignore courts, to get done what she wants to. Same for the eviction moratorium was unconstitutional but they did it anyway. And K could easily pull off price controls, without congressional approval.
There is no one that will be able to stop any of this, if they could not stop tuition payments.

Then, their response on the ongoing covid issue, they were censoring scientists who deserved to be part of the covid debates. This is undeniable, and Zuckerberg admits it was wrong.

That said, it is a good discussion to bring up regarding government interference and how much pressure is the government allowed to impose on private business. There's arguments for or against what Biden did.
If you believe that Biden overstepped his bounds, it's fine to feel that way. But I'm not aware of any laws broken when Biden did so.
