From the BBC:
Ms Le Pen welcome the amended bill, saying: "We can rejoice in ideological progress, an ideological victory even for the National Rally, since this is now enshrined into law as a national priority."

Ms. Le Pen is the leader of the fascist party in France. And France (without needing her party’s support) has passed an amended anti-immigration bill (more details on it in the link provided).
In the Netherlands, the TV programme “Lubach” broke down Dutch immigration numbers; big part of the right’s anti-immigration and anti-asylum rhetoric. Basically, less than 12% of immigration is asylum seekers and / or immigration from outside of Europe. The vast majority of “immigration” being temporary ex-pats, students, people from Ukraine, etc. And the numbers didn’t include anyone leaving.
The same is roughly true in France.
Yet, the Dutch, the Hungarians and the Italians have all swung far-right. France has adopted strong anti-immigration policies, Germany’s looking into it and Britain is trying to sell asylum seekers to Rwanda.
Is this just a temporary hiccup in progress or is Europe once again flirting with the wrong side of history?
Should we be worried?
@shavixmir saidIs Trump and his nonsense funny now?
