My dear esteemed and worthy lifelong friends here at RHP (You know who you are, so I won't bother mentioning that you know who you are), those of you with whom I have shared so much laughter and so many tears; those of you that I assume to know everything about because we've exchanged so many pleasantries in the form of messages posted in an electronic format; It is with the heaviest of hearts and the saddest of psyches that I announce that I, your dearest and most trusted friend, your port in any storm, the yin for your yang, will be departing (this site, these forums, whichever) for all eternity so that never again shall we meet. I am sorry to cause so much pain and torturous turmoil in your life. But, as you know, I can no longer bear the insufferable slings and arrows of others who I implicitly through the tone of this post deem beneath me. It is a burden on my existence to have to log onto a chess site and have the unquestionable correctness of my opinions and observations constantly brought into question by those more suited to polishing my shoes. Shed no tears for me, though no doubt my departure is a grave and terrible thing (that may, in fact, lead to the site itself being shut down), for I shall be moving on to greener pastures and no amount of tearful well wishes and righteous indignation will change my mind. No matter how intense the yearning for more attention becomes, I shall never grace (this board, this site, whichever) with my irreplaceable presence again. Farewell!
