Time Out is when you run out of time... and either it is auto timeout in clans and tourneys... or someone clicks the skull to time you out when you run out of time.

Time bank is 'extra time' added to a game. Lets say you and I make a '3 day game'.

We each get 3 days to make a move.

Let's say we have a 3 day game with '7 day time bank'. We take 3 days to move... and the timebank begins to count down from there! You have 7 days in the timebank you can never get back, once they are gone, you could be timed out.

Time limit is number of days per move.
Time bank is 'extra time' to eat if you take too long...
Time Out is when all that time is gone and it is either auto or someone clicks the timer to end game.
