in u.s.a if you miss a date you get a bench warrent set on you so next time to are stopped by a cop you get picked up

they wouldnt remand you here if you were only up for three months, but skipping a trial date is a warrent, then its up to the judge . Also next time you go up, you would be likely for automatic remand due to you being a runner.
