I just found out about this site from 1 of my friends. It sounds fun. I like playing chess. I'm not very good at the actually game though. I would like to be a member of this website though. Thank you.

The best way to get the ball rolling is to start some open invites, which you can do in 'My Games'. You can only play 6 games at a time (until you become a member, like I recently did), but you'll find that's plenty until you get the hang of things anyway.
Don't worry about your skill level, there are people rated high and low here, and this type of chess is an excellent way of improving.
