I swam 200 meters today, or 8 lengths of the swimming pool at my gym. Not only that, 3 of those lengths were breast stroke.
Those who might remember the last time i posted about this, i couldn't...swim.
I remember when I learned to swim. I thought for sure I was going to drown every time I got in the pool for a while.

Non-stop that's bloody impressive. I can do 100m non-stop before my body screams to stop.
