2010 Travel Plans
Seems to me that nearly everybody has travel plans; that everybody is trying to get from some Point A to some Point B for any or many of a variety of reasons; that everybody has probably already considered destinations and is predisposed to some particular trip routing. For example, during 2010 Boston Lad will be trying to get from today to tomorrow, swim a few laps and play some poolside ping pong. Of the available trip routings, as a bottom line realist, he's inclined toward option 'B/C' (A. High Road-Fast Lane; B. High Road-Slow Lane; C. High Road-Rest Area; D. Low Road-Passing Lane; E. Low Road-Slow Lane; F. Low Road-Breakdown Lane; G. Low Road-Over the Rail/Upside Down in Some Ravine). Interested in hearing about your 2010 Travel Plans. ~gb

Whenever you go on long trips, make the rest area one of your stops before you sit behind the wheel for four hours (see below).
"Scientists are increasingly warning that sitting for prolonged periods, even if you also exercise regularly, could be bad for your health. And it doesn't matter where the sitting takes place, at the office, at school, in the car or before a computer or TV. Just the overall number of hours it occurs.
After four hours of sitting, the body starts to send harmful signals and the genes regulating the amount of glucose and fat in the body start to shut down."

btw it's totally possible to walk form the states to sweden... walk up to alaska then cross over to russia... you may need to do some swimming here if it's summer, then it's just a matter of walking across russia (it's not that big, honest) into scandinavia. simples.
