My real motive was to keep it at the top of the thread list - maximum publicity for the competition. (don't tell you-know-who, he thinks every thread is about him)
It is a well known fact nothing stays on topic in the GF.
Just say VR, dont beat around the bush, Silly! 😛
When I do think every thread is about me, I'll be the first to inform you! 😉
If you look closely you'll notice HOH & a few others including you are not innocent. 😉 😉 ( Of course you wouldn't want to point an accusing finger at HOH or yourself!) Just between you & I are you two an item now? I don't think Miss Oleum cared for him to much...wasn't that her name? Perhaps you don't know. 😉 😉

When you have the money to pay a trainer, you don't HAVE TO KNOW CRAP!
I am sure my trainer knows more than you....I may know just as much as you actually.
What level trainer are you, if indeed you are a trainer? What degrees do you have?
What do you charge per hr., or I should say the Fitness center you work for? How many years have you been a trainer? What do you know about diet?.. I really could go on & on.
Also, all this talk about "levels" means you are probably paying an over priced know-nothing crossfit trainer. While crossfit is a great fitness tool most crossfit trainers only have a certificate to train crossfit and know nothing about anything else.

Makes up work out programs for clients from young to old, depending on where there at physically when he gets them. I been with him over a year now, & wish I had gotten a personal trainer much earlier than I did.
BTW: He is a level 3 trainer if you know what that is.
I have no idea what a crossfit trainer is~! I'd have to google it, & don't have time right now.

Or, it can be worked out this way. $52.00 an hour for a level 2 trainer.... $62.00 an hour for a level 3 trainer. I say it is certainly worth the money when you have a trainer who knows what they are doing. I actually keep a food journal which he goes over with me weekly. I don't eat much crap food except around X-mas time, I cheat a little!

I as a rule turn them down if they are half my age. 😛
At least you got a good laugh, & that is a good thing. You should laugh more, then you're not bitching as much.
