Follow up:

Trump's toupee will be sworn in as President but it is later discovered that the toupee was made in C-H-I-N-A! and not the US.

This prompts a Constitutional crisis since the toupee is not a natural born....er...um....manufactured citizen.

The toupee then rounds up an army of other toupees and seeks to take over the government and then the world.

Congress then throws a fit but decides to keep government going anyway cuz shutting down government is just unthinkable.

China will further decrease ist Dollar reserves.
